Pricing
As the "Custom" in our name suggests we consider every project we undertake as unique. While we have an extensive library of plans and designs which you are welcome to use or adapt, we do not have a simple product range and price list. Many factors such as location, the type of site and of course the exact finish specification all influence pricing.
Broadly speaking our prices to supply and erect the vast majority of the buildings we supply are in the following ranges:
UK Residential/Commercial Building Regulations - £600 to £700 per square metre
UK Mobile Home Specification - £500 to £600 per square metre
Garden Buildings - £300 to £500 per square metre
All prices exclude VAT although VAT is not usually payable on residential new build or mobile homes.
At the start of a project we will give guideline prices based on the general building type, intended use and size. If these are broadly acceptable we will work with you to rapidly develop the exact design and specification and once these are agreed we will provide you with a firm quotation in writing so that you will know exactly what you will get and exactly what it will cost.
We pride ourselves on producing some of the best value buildings available in the UK today and, because we can be totally flexible in our approach, we will do our utmost to help you design and plan the building that you need within your available budget.
